Bouncing is fun, you don't have to do much to gain great benefits. Join me as a 'friend' as this is not currently part of my services I offer. If you choose to take part I would love that. Even though you are not paying me for this service I still will go through the due dilligence with you which is: (1) request and fill out the health questionnaire first and return to me (2) contact your doctor if you are unsure if this type of exercise is right for you (3) read the links/information I have sent you about the research, benefits and general information about bounce and when you have done the above (4) make sure I have an emergency contact number for you because if you are bouncing alone in the house and on zoom it is essential we all take good care and cover health and safety if we are exercising on our own. (5) then all that is left is FUN! See you online soon!
