Walk with us for your wellbeing and to nourish your soul. We walk (make sure you are fit enough to walk for 1 to 2 hours long), before doing any exercise do check with your Doctor if you have any health concerns first. Join likeminded people on a walk for health and to improve wellbeing and to be social with friendly others. All welcome, Dogs welcome too. Bring money for a cuppa too.
