General terms and conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you fail to attend your art workshop and you have not made contact you will forfeit your art workshop. If you cancel within 48 hours you will forfeit your art workshop but special consideration will be given to certain cancellations within this period on a case by case basis. If you cancel outside of 48 hours then you can carry forward your art workshop to another one as long as it falls within your redeem within period.
ART WORKSHOP LOYALTY CARD: you are part of the loyalty card scheme if you buy between 1 and 4 art workshops at a time and you will get a stamp on your loyalty card for every full paying art workshop you attend. Once you fill your loyalty card with stamps you will receive a FREE art workshop. You will receive a stamp on your card from your 2nd art workshop onwards. Please remember your card, if you forget it there will be no stamps issued retrospectively after January 31st 2017. Loyalty cards are designed to reward you if you intend to come to art workshops infrequently, the best value offers are to buy sets of 10 or sets of 5 art workshops. The general art loyalty card has fill 10 stamps and get your 11th workshop free.
First Art Workshop - some basic art materials may be supplied as detailed on the 'all you need to know' info emailed to you before your art workshop.
Second Art Workshop onwards - You will supply all your own art materials as detailed on the 'all you need to know' info emailed to you before your art workshop. Prices to buy or hire additional art materials at art classes/workshops - these are listed in the email you receive before you come to any art workshop and are available on request. The main items available are:
Additional things I provide and you can purchase on the day:
Canvases: £4.00 each for A4 size - £9.00 each for 16” x 20” size
Use of acrylic paints: £3.00 if working on A4 size (£5.00 if working on 16” x 20” size)
Disposable plates: 30p each
Tracing paper sheets: £1 each
Sketch pads A4 size, buy to take away: £5 each
SETS OF 10 ART WORKSHOPS: redeem these within a period of 12 months. (your 12 months is from the date of your first of your set of 10 art workshops).
Once payment for the set of 10 is received you have 1 month to book your 1st workshop in and come to it. If you have any art workshops left after your redemption period you have a further one month to take any remaining in for an extra charge of £10 payable on the day per person (for sets of 10) .For anyone going over the 12 months if the art workshops cease to run in any location there will be no refunds issued. You can share this offer with a friend but the redeem within period is halved ie 6 month redeem within period instead of 12 months. If you have any art workshops left after your redemption period you have a further one month to take any remaining in for an extra charge of £10 payable on the day per person.
This condition applies to any sets of 10 purchased after 1st November 2014.
SETS OF 5 (or less) ART WORKSHOPS: redeem these within a period of 6 months. (your 6 months is from the date of your first art workshop)
Once payment for the set of 5 is received you have 1 month to book your 1st workshop in and come to it. If you have any art workshops left after your redemption period you have a further one month to take any remaining in for an extra charge of £5 payable on the day per person (for sets of 5). For anyone going over the 6 months if the art workshops cease to run in any location there will be no refunds issued.
This condition applies to any sets of 5 purchased after 1st November 2014.
ART WORKSHOP SIZES: art workshop sizes will be limited to 25 people maximum (not applicable to some themed or specialist art workshops). If in the unlikely event the workshop is going to exceed 20 people maximum an email will be sent out to give students the opportunity to rebook onto a smaller workshop. Smaller art workshops mean more one to one time and larger workshops are buzzier and the group dynamic urges you on!
EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBERS: I ask in my main email to all students for a contact number to be provided prior to your art workshop, if you have supplied this to me you will be contacted in the case of a last minute change to your art workshop ie delay, unavoidable cancellation. You will be informed asap of any changes and you will be given the chance to rebook your art workshop in the unlikely event of a cancellation. If you have not responded to the pre-class email and have failed to supply your number you may miss out on that all important call.
DISCOUNTED VOUCHER FOR AN ART WORKSHOP BOUGHT FROM AN EXTERNAL SOURCE: If you have bought or been given as a gift a discount voucher, this is strictly for a ONE time FIRST VISIT ONLY and you cannot use this for more than one visit to an art workshop: A refund from the company who has issued your discount voucher should be sought immediately. Groupon terms: you will need to redeem (redeem means attend) your art workshop by the 'redeem by' date on
your voucher. If you wish to extend your voucher a further 3 months can pay an additional £16.00 directly to me.
FANHAMS LUXURY ART RETREAT - the non refundable deposit due is £99 and the prices for the full package are £330* 2 days of Art (non accommodation) £260 or 1 day of Art £240. *When you pay your deposit before a cut off date you can enjoy a discount of £31 and a FREE 3 hour Art Workshop at either Beech HIll or Parndon Mill which you must take before the Art Retreat you are booking for. There is no discount offer on the 2 day or 1 day option but if you buy the 2 days or pay your deposit by the cut off date you can have your FREE Art Workshop - take before the Art Retreat you are booking for. Balance payable is always due 31 days before your Art Retreat and because of the small number on each Retreat it is non refundable.
Privacy Policy GDPR - you have the right to tell us to remove your information at any time, simply ask us or if you have agreed to join the eNewsletter then you can remove yourself by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your eNewsletter. After the GDPR regulations no one is added to the eNewsletter without their express permission being sought/given. Your information will be kept secure and safe by us at all times and never shared with anyone. The information you supply is only used for communication regarding the art services supplied by us.
